Role summary / The Opportunity
A leading US online retailer (US Top 500 Internet Retailer) is hiring an experienced Art Director. Your Primary responsibilities would be to leads and develop our brands, as well as lead the creative team’s production of strategic and innovative web and mobile design. You will collaborate with our marketing, product and content teams to conceptualize and produce our advertising campaigns and marketing, brand and product creativrs. You should be ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved in everything we do, from creative brand direction to advertising campaigns to complex product designs.
Key Responsibilities / What you’ll do
You will be the driving force in the brand and digital experience. You will act as an inspired leader to your team of designers and production artists. You will evolve and enhance the daily storytelling and editorial experience through the creation and ideation of new concepts and final designs.
You have an equal hand in the day to day execution of high quality contemporary design solutions as well as the conceptualizing of new ideas. You will be an integral partner to the growth and development of the daily site through the design and workflow of GlassesUSA.com.
Detailed Responsibilities:

Executing ground-breaking designs in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Managing multiple projects from concept through completion.

Developing creative, design and advertising concepts that meet business objectives.
- Crafting our offline brand experience (packaging, merchandising)

Initiating and Managing photoshoots and productions.

Developing current and new house brands.

Leading creative sessions for project kick-offs.

Overseeing and creating the design of all collateral for email, website, mobile, and social media campaigns.

Guiding the creative team to ensure continuity of design and shared assets.

Working closely with Editorial and Marketing departments to cohesively and intelligently position product visually in line with best merchandising practices.

Scouting and sharing design and marketing innovations from others in the industry and around the web.

Managing organization and processes for the team.

Equipped with 5+ years of creative industry experience.

Experienced in concepting and execution of a range of advertising campaigns, creative and design project.
