Senior Graphic Designer
The Senior Graphic Designer reporting to Director, Online Marketing will work with the global marketing team to concept, design, develop, and implement print, digital, campaigns and marketing materials, communications that integrates the brand strategy.
The senior graphic designer is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of ClickSoftware branding look and feel both externally and internally. He/She will be responsible for bringing the ClickSoftware visual brand to life. The Senior Graphics Designer should understand the end to end user experience voyage, the user personas and the interaction design of web, product and mobile sites.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style and highly defined understanding of how the functional and visual combine to create compelling, memorable user experiences.
Responsibilities –
- Responsible for ClickSoftware branding including guidelines and supporting materials for both web and print from idea to a final sign off or implementation.
- Responsible for managing the design process creation of compelling user-centered designs including wireframes and functionality, across multiple platforms (Desktop, Mobile and Tablet).
- Translate wireframes and requirements into intuitive, highly functional, and visually stunning digital products.
- Responsible for internal campaigns and graphics for employee’s portal.
- Communicate effectively and provide good graphics service with global team members and ensure delivery.
- Stay current with industry standard tools, technologies and trends.
- Work with external vendors to convey our brand strategy and monitor their work to make sure it lies within the brand guidelines.
Requirements –
- Fluent English both writing and speaking (mother tongue a plus)
- +5 years’ experience working as a graphics designer.
- A great team player with high sense of service ability.
- Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft PPT.
- Strong conceptual skills, including online software concepts and online experience concepts.
- Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX.
- Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines.
