UX Leader wanted for cutting edge high tech B2B company in Petach Tikva, must have lead a small team and no need for tons of experience. The Head of UX(HUF) is part of the Global Product Management team. The HUF is responsible for product line UX guidelines and should deliver end-to-end user experience solutions for multiple products and platforms – from concepts to detailed wireframes.

The HUF is expected to:
• Be an expert with respect to UX and trends in the market
• Develop in-depth understanding of the product and its underlying UI technology
• Create concept sketches, wire frames, and mock-ups of interface designs
• Deliver detailed design based on product management definition
• Collaborate with Product management, R&D and QA to ensure a consistent, compelling and evolving user experience across the product portfolio
• Define guidelines which will be used inall the products
• Run user experience tests with customers in product early-stage and samples
• Act as a leader within the company
• Manage the UX team
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in User Experience design
• Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field – an advantage
• Strong experience in designing software applications developed with HTML and WPF
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (PC, tablet and mobile)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
