A small and super agile startup in the online marketing industry is looking for a creative designer to manage its studio. You will be responsible for the creation of new marketing concepts and design for various clients designing: landing pages, banners, mailers, shopping carts and mini-sites on a daily basis. We are looking for an independent person that can manage various project and outsource providers simultaneously and thrive from constant learning and testing.
Experience:
2-3 years experience in web designing for the international markets
Experience in HTML/CSS
English proficiency (other languages are mostly welcome)
Previous experience in conversion optimization tests on landing pages
Marketing perception
