The User Experience Design Lead will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the creation of engaging, positive, user experiences and intuitive interfaces for desktop and mobile applications.
In this role, you will define interaction models, user task flows, UI specifications, communicate user scenarios, end-to-end experiences and screen designs to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce design solutions – Product, R&D, Marketing, Bizdev and other teams in the company
- Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
- Exercise strong attention to details and always striving for pixel-perfection
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate, give and receive feedback while collaborating with designers and developers
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale
Requirements:
- Two to five years User Experience design for Enterprise SaaS product.
- Very strong knowledge and solid understanding of UX/UI
- Extensive experience producing high-quality, pixel perfect designs, from concept to production
- Must have ability to see the big picture while collaborating with different company departments and prioritizing tasks for the rest of the design team
- A fast learner and a focused team player, with passion to constantly learn and acquire new tools and knowledge
- Must have a portfolio of relevant design examples – online, interactive and UI oriented
- Strong ability to work remotely with the design team and with cross functional teams
- Extensive experience to in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Fluent English – both written and spoke
