Ubimo is seeking an experienced Art Director who can balance big-idea thinking with solid team management and impeccable creative execution. The ideal candidate for the Art Director role is a sophisticated, creative thinker whose leadership makes an impact in work and on everyone around them. As an Art Director, you will collaborate with the UX, Product and Marketing teams—among others—to deliver guidelines and support creative assets. You will be in charge of the UX and visual design of our innovative big-data product, and own, build, and maintain visual identity, set the visual direction for all the marketing material and branding of Ubimo.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX, product manager and software developers to define, design, and deliver cutting edge products and visuals
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, innovative, and user friendly GUI experience
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback related to GUI design
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Ensure that deadlines are met while providing an exemplary creative product
• Able to manage several tasks simultaneously, manage timelines, prioritize and possess great interpersonal skills and experience with project-client management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years as an Art Director
• Experience in UX, branding and marketing
• Proven experience in managing design team & leading cross platform processes
• Graduate of a leading design institute
• Working experience with product, marketing & engineering teams
• Expert in Adobe creative suite
• Advanced level of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Desktop UX design
• Experience in the ad-tech field
• Experience with big data environments.
• Experience working on programmatic media
