We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer, responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user-experiences for digital products
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and flows
- Identify usability/functionality problems and devise elegant and rapid solutions
- Understand both company and user needs, and be able to deliver solutions that answer both sides needs
- Take smart risks and champion new ideas
- Ability to deliver UI designs when requiredMinimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience creating solutions for complex products and systems
- Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, axure etc is a must
- Must have experience working with UI design software programs such as Sketch,
photoshop, illustrator… etc - HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills (Basic level)
- Product UI design experience -a prerequisite
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions
to teams and clients - A clear understanding and capabilities of prioritization
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with PMs and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval
- A team player, willing to help your teammates out, share knowledge, and learn from
them - Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
- Formal UX education – Advantage
