Job description
Looking for a SEO manager who will be responsible for all company web assets and for day to day management of all on-site and off-site factors of the SEO program including site optimization, link building, cross-functional collaboration, analysis and reporting.
This SEO Manager will have a passion for search engine optimization. He or she will have the desire to expand his or her knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking factors to improve the user’s experience.
Responsibilities:
• Create requirements and documentation that will drive SEO in content programming ongoing keyword research, analysis, recommendations and execution.
• Managing online reputation for brand and product sites.
• Collaborate with writers to develop keyword-targeted content.
• Conduct keyword optimization for content publishing.
• Competitor site analysis.
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture
• On-page SEO optimization (title tag, description, H1, H2, keyword density, internal links, page size etc.)
• Reporting on traffic, rankings and link building.
• Paid search management experience is a plus.
• Good social media awareness to collaborate SEO and SMO channels.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in planning and doing successful SEO.
- Should have an understanding of all SEO core elements including, but not limited to: On-page and Off-page tactics, Internal linking structure, URL structure, Title, Meta Descriptions, Headings, sitemaps, etc.
- Perform site specific keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
- Good acquaintance with the Internet world: social networking, forums, blogs, information searching etc.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Webmaster Tool, and additional internal reporting tools.
